BOYD/SMITH
Established in 1973, Church Park has set the standard for high-end urban living and is located in the heart of Boston’s beautiful Back Bay, half-way between popular Newbury Street and historic Symphony Hall. Boyd/Smith’s 221 Mass Avenue location is an eleven story multi-unit building with a single-story underground parking garage. The parking garage runs the entire length of the building and encompasses three addresses. Each address has its own electrical room in the garage space. Eversource is utilizing these electrical rooms as the central hub for each address’ EV charging station network.
LYONS GROUP – SONSIE
Lyons Group, located in Boston, is a diverse collection of imaginative food, beverage, and entertainment locations that have been developed and run over the past 35 years. Sonsie, located at 327 Newbury St. in the center of the Back Bay, is one of the Boston locations. Sonsie is the longest-running restaurant on Newbury Street, having been open for 24 years. Our professional team of energy efficiency engineers and LEED-accredited specialists did a precise examination and analysis of not just the building’s lighting and controls systems, but also the complex HVAC and mechanical systems.

MARS PLASTICS
Mars Plastics is a family-owned, 24-hour state-of-the-art molding facility. They provide services such as in-house molding and finishing, as well as in-house tooling design and machining. This facility is headquartered at 40 Agnes St, Providence.. NuWave Energy Solutions assessed the existing lighting at the Mars Plastics facility and developed an LED lighting solution that will save energy and save maintenance expenses.
CROTCHED MOUNTAIN SCHOOL
Crotched Mountain is a fully approved PK-12 residential and day school located at 1 Verney Drive on an attractive 1,400-acre campus in Greenfield, New Hampshire. This residential care facility has been able to adapt to the demands of diverse groups, many of whom have unique problems and impairments, for almost 60 years. They are one of the most well-known non-profit organizations in New England. The NuWave development team examined the survey results and proposed project solutions to fulfill the facility’s demands, boost occupant comfort, and deliver a more sustainable environment.

HEBREW REHABILITATION CENTER AT NEWBRIDGE
The Boston Metropolitan Area is home to multiple Hebrew Rehabilitation Center facilities. One of these locations is the Hebrew Senior Life – NewBridge on the Charles, located at 7000 Great Meadow Road, Dedham, MA 02026. This rehabilitation center provides seniors with long-term chronic care, post-acute rehab, and outpatient treatments. They offer integrated senior living and health care services to help all seniors live their best life. NewBridge on the Charles, is nestled within a multigenerational campus on a lush 162-acre property. NuWave has teamed up with this facility and have deployed turnkey LED lighting to provide a better lit and safer living environment for residents and staff.
AMOSKEAG BEVERAGES
Amoskeag Beverages LLC, located at 510 Hall Street, Bow NH is a 225,000 square foot beverage distribution center. Amoskeag Beverages partners with it’s customers and suppliers for the value-added distribution of local and national beverages to more than 80% of New Hampshire. NuWave Energy Solutions has partnered with this distributor to implement LED lighting in order to maximize energy savings and increase the safety of its distribution facilities.

NETSCOUT
Netscout Systems, Inc. creates, develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, and supports a family of products that enable the performance and availability of critical business applications and services across complex, high-speed networks. The organization’s headquarters are situated at 310 Littleton Rd in Westford, Massachusetts. The Westford facility is made up of three stories of mixed-use area. The NuWave development team reviewed the survey data and offered two project initiatives to meet the demands of the facility, increase occupant comfort, and provide a more sustainable environment.

LINCOLN TECH INSTITUTE
Lincoln Tech first opened its doors in 1946 and presently occupies 40 acres in Hartford County, Connecticut. This institute is now one of the nation’s leading providers of career training and technical skills and has two facilities located at 97 Newberry Rd, East Windsor, CT and 8 Progress Dr. Shelton, CT. NuWave conducted an energy audit at both Lincoln Tech locations to verify and analyze the current lighting equipment. The NuWave development team reviewed the survey data and recommended numerous project solutions to meet the demands of the facility.

Serta Simmons Bedding is North America’s premier sleep corporation and the largest producer, marketer, and supplier of mattresses. NuWave has teamed up with this manufacturer and have deployed turnkey LED lighting to achieve optimal energy efficiency and improve the safety of their manufacturing plants.
MULTINATIONAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY
This multinational technology firm has a number of data centers and office spaces through out the US to service its clients as well as internal operations. The NuWave team evaluated, planned, and implemented an extensive renovation to several of the office locations. They took a comprehensive approach to controlling and enhancing its data center’s lighting and energy efficiency. This technological company would like to reduce its net zero greenhouse emissions 65% by 2025 to address the ongoing global climate crisis.
LUXURY MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL
Ruxton Towers is a ten story, 200 + unit apartment building located in historic Towson, MD, with commercial space. The professional and residential multi-purpose building was built in 1968 and much of the building energy system was original. NuWave Energy Solutions has evaluated, planned, and introduced a comprehensive update to the apartment building’s turnkey energy system.
BALTIMORE CLASS A COMMERCIAL OFFICE
NuWave Energy Solutions completed an overall energy efficiency upgrade at the City Crescent building, a Class-A, eleven-story, 334,000 square foot office building in the heart of downtown Baltimore.
CSG PARTNERS
The NuWave team worked closely with this longstanding customer to upgrade the CSG Lakewood Office Center buildings to LED fixtures with integrated advanced controls. The projects were done in 3 buildings on campus upgrading the common areas, tenant spaces and exterior lighting to LED. The state of the art LED fixtures save significant energy and maintenance costs and the integrated controls provide occupancy, dimming and daylighting to improve the space and tenant experience.
GLOBAL CHEMICAL DISTRIBUTOR
This Global Chemical and Ingredient Distributor partners with its customers and suppliers for the value-added distribution of chemistry and related products and services. NuWave has teamed up with this distributor and have deployed LED lighting to achieve optimal energy efficiency and improve the safety of their distribution centers.
MEDXCEL
The NuWave team is working with Medxcel on portfolio wide LED upgrades to exterior spaces and parking garages across the Ascension Health, one of the leading and non-profit Catholic Healthcare systems in the US. The work has included upgrades to more than 30 hospitals across a number of states helping save significant energy and making the campuses a safer environment for hospital patients and staff.
